responsibilities:
  • The individual will work with a dynamic group in ADME Sciences in the Pharmacokinetics, Dynamics, and Metabolism (PDM) department.
  • The position will focus on carrying out weekly high-throughput compound characterization screens (Solubility, Lipophilicity, Chemical stability) in support of the drug discovery and development portfolio.
  • The individual will be responsible for general laboratory and operational support, including tracking compound information, generating and interpreting data, ordering supplies, preparing buffers and maintaining instrument systems.
    qualifications:
    • Must have: Bachelor or Masters Degree (No PhD)
    • Nice to have: Degree in Chem/Biochem
    • Must have: Analytical Chem experience.
    • Nice to have 1-2 years lab exp. Experience with Assay Optimization and Validation, HPLC UV analysis, Multi - Mode Plate Readers, Robotic Liquid Handling.
