Role and Responsibilities:

· Oversee the planning execution and completion of projects related to Biovia ELN Labware or any LIMS ensuring they meet company standards and objectives.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.

· Implement project management best practices to minimize risks and ensure project success.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders providing regular updates on project status.

· Analyze project requirements and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.

· Facilitate problem-solving sessions to address project challenges.

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

· Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

· Foster a collaborative project environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

· Utilize expertise in Biovia ELN Labware or any LIMS to guide project decisions and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

· Must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with a preference for those with experience in the Research and Development domain.

· Strong technical proficiency in Biovia ELN Labware or any LIMS is required.

· Excellent communication leadership and problem-solving skills are essential.

· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

· Experience in the Research and Development domain is a plus but not mandatory.

· A proactive approach to project management and the ability to anticipate project needs.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

· Strong organizational and time management skills are crucial for success in this role.

Technical Skills:Biovia ELN Labware any LIMS.

Domain Skills: Any LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
