Job description

We are a small custom cabinet shop with a low-key vibe. The ideal candidate will be

able to multitask in a fluid environment. Must enjoy listening to all types of music

and dogs. Anyone applying without prior experience using QuickBooks will be

ignored.

As the Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant your Responsibilities would include,

but are not limited to answering phone, shipping/receiving, creating and tracking

change orders, preparing and sending all invoicing, handling new employee

paperwork, tracking time for employees, HR work, light office cleaning, etc.

Computer and Software knowledge:
QuickBooks, this is required

SmartSheets

MS-Office

Data Entry and Ordering software
