Summary

You will serve as a INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (IT) SPECIALIST (NETWORK) in the Information Technology and Cyber Security (ITACS) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 8.90% will be added to the stated salary.



Duties
  • You will act as the lead network services technician in responsible areas of the network operation control center.
  • You will consult with customers to identify and specify requirements.
  • You will define and maintain network architecture and infrastructure.
  • You will participate in network and systems design to ensure implementation of appropriate systems security policies.
  • You will perform assignments crossing organizational and functional boundaries involving technical functions and requiring close cooperation of the developer, maintainer and users of Information Technology (IT) resources.
  • You will be able to effectively communicate oral and written communications guidance to management to determine the most appropriate methods for delivering information via the network infrastructure.
