Position Description

Lindsay is searching for a

Coordinator, Inside Sales & Customer Service
to join our Olathe, KS Sales team reporting to the Senior Manager-Sales. The

Coordinator, Inside Sales & Customer Service
role will have dual roles for both inside sales responsibilities as well as customer service coordination. This will have responsibilities in managing relationships of current customers as well working with multiple functions including commercial sales, finance, billing, credit, quality, warranty in the

Oil, Gas, and Water Verticals.

Position Details

This non-exempt position sits at Elecsys in Olathe, Kansas. This position will be responsible for providing quality relationship management and support for Elecsys customers.

This person will be in the office Monday through Friday with an option for remote work as unique situations arise.

Travel requirements are 0-5%.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with current customer base via; phone, email, quotes and resolving issues.
  • Develop strong relationships with the Business Development Managers, Account Managers, Elecsys Stakeholders, Business Units, and Customers.
  • Demonstrate a passion for the industry with strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Accurately enter purchase orders.
  • Drive new opportunities with current customer base by discussing upgrades and new product features.
  • Create quotes and assist the outside Sales Team with service and support while traveling.
  • Track all contacts and activity in our CRM database.
  • Responsible for all cycles of the customer experience including credit and collection.
  • Demonstrate Lindsay values, behaviors, and expectations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
-1 to 2 years' successful experience in inside or outside sales or customer service.

  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Robust problem solving skills, the ability to learn from doing, personal accountability, and a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment where you will successfully manage multiple user cases simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate technical problems and solutions to train and outline issues identified.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi task is essential.
  • Savvy with Microsoft office and web based applications.
  • This position requires approximately 0 5%% of domestic travel
