We are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Certified
Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our dynamic group in El Dorado, AR. This
is a collaborative, non-medically directed practice composed of 5 CRNAs and 1
MD. The call schedule is very manageable, operating on a 1:5 rotation with no
in-house requirement. The MD is available for backup as needed. While post-call
days off are not guaranteed, CRNAs often do not work post-call. New
graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

·
Administer
anesthesia for a variety of surgical cases including Urology, Orthopedic, GYN,
ENT, OB, GI, and General Surgery.

·
Handle
pediatric anesthetics for dental restoration and ENT procedures.

·
Perform
central lines, epidurals, and spinals. Training is available for candidates who
need to develop these skills.

·
Collaborate
with the MD, who primarily places peripheral nerve blocks, though CRNAs have
the option to perform these as well.

Case Exclusions: No
Cardiovascular, Vascular, or Neuro cases are handled at this facility.

Compensation and Benefits:

·
Competitive
compensation of $335,000 annually on a 1099 basis.

·
10
weeks off per year.

·
Medical
malpractice coverage provided by EAM.

·
Access
to cost-effective group health, dental, life, and disability plans through a
partnership, maintaining the benefits and flexibility of a 1099 status.

Requirements:

·
Graduate from an accredited Nurse
Anesthesia program.

·
Pass the National Certification
Examination administered by the National Board of Certification and
Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists

·
Maintain current NBCRNA certification.

·
Hold an active and unencumbered
Registered Nurse license in Arkansas.

·
Proficiency
in central lines, epidurals, and spinals is preferred.

·
Willingness
to train in any areas where proficiency is lacking.
