Join our dynamic team as a Receiving Manager This key role ensures efficient operations in receiving and managing grower lots while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Daily Receiving Activities: Manage unloading, storing, and documenting grower lots.
Supervise Staff: Lead Bin Stack and fumigation personnel for accurate lot allocation.
Quality Assurance: Review and ensure product accuracy, inventory, and compliance with specifications.
Collaboration: Work with Grower Relations to address and resolve concerns.
Efficient Product Transfer: Manage timely product transfers to various locations.
Production Support: Ensure accurate staging and put-away to meet production demands.
Rework Management: Prevent build-up by managing daily rework.
Reporting: Complete and submit various inventory and stack reports.
Safety and Maintenance: Maintain equipment and ensure safe operation in compliance with OSHA standards.
Inventory Control: Maintain records, assist in physical counts, and ensure proper stock rotation.
Training and Development: Conduct employee training as needed.
Customer Service: Maintain high standards while interacting with vendors, growers, customers, and inspectors.
Safety and Compliance: Uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards.

Working hours: 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Skills:
QAC or QAL license
Experience in the raisin industry
Microsoft Office proficiency
Forklift certification
Supervisory experience

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Extremely organized
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Attention to Detail, Flexibility, Job Knowledge, Productivity
Open to additional training
Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts, 5-6 days, on call as needed
