This position is located Colorado Area Office, USDA/Rural Development (RD). The incumbent administers complex aspects of the single family housing direct loan program for an assigned area.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION; INCUMBENT WILL BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO STATE AREA OFFICE.

• Serves as a senior operating loan specialist responsible for the execution of applicable Single-Family Housing Direct (SFHD) loan and grant
  programs.
• Fosters mutually beneficial arrangements with such groups to maximize Single Family Housing (SFH) program saturation, enhance community cohesiveness, and improve economic conditions in the area assigned.
• Processes difficult aspects of non-centralized post-acceleration actions/foreclosures and may participate in tribal foreclosures, as applicable.
• Administers the Single-Family Housing repair loan and grant program for an assigned area.
• Participates in program reviews/compliance audits, including developing/revising processes and procedures to correct deficiencies.
