Job Summary

We are looking for three positions to work on National Institutes of Health (NIH) – funded projects study innate immune responses, particularly the interferon system, to protect against viral and non-viral diseases.

We study how IRF3 performs antiviral functions in virus-infected cells (Glanz et al, Viruses 2020, Chattopadhyay et al Immunity 2016, J. Virol 2013, 2011, EMBO J 2010).

Currently, we have several ongoing projects in our laboratory to study both pathways of IRF3 in viral and non-viral pathogenesis.
