N 600 East [Assistant Store Manager] As an Assistant Operations Manager @ Dollar Tree, you'll:

Oversee operations and tasks of the front-end and sales floor;

Assist with the hiring, training and development of store associates;

Perform and oversee all opening and closing procedures, Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash;

Maintain all areas of the store, including the stockroom and sales floor;

Oversee and assist with the receipt and return of DSD merchandise;

Ensure proper staffing.
