Psychiatrist Program Manager Opportunity in Houston, TX
Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center is seeking a full-time Psychiatrist Program Manager to join our team in Houston, TX. The Program Manager plan, author, and implement policies and procedures within the program. Collaborate with other programs and departments to plan, author and implement service agreements. Program Manager will be responsible for managing programmatic resources, which includes but is not limited to authoring Resource Management Board proposals and overseeing appropriate workload capture to ensure adherence to applicable staffing models. In addition, Program Manager will manage performance and productivity, employee appraisals, disciplinary actions, leave requests for direct reports.
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Telework: May be available to highly qualified candidates
