RVP, Sales

The Role:

BigPanda is seeking an enterprise sales leader that is process oriented, has an exceptional commitment to detail, is customer obsessed, and looking to develop, hire and retain top performing sales reps. This role requires you to be in the Bay Area on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities:

• Build an industry leading sales team that is focused on obtaining measurable goals
• Provide ongoing development of sales team which includes, recruiting, hiring and training new sales reps on the BigPanda sales process
• Conduct weekly forecast calls
• Serves as an active member of the leadership team and builds strong relationships with Sales, Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Customer Success
• Coaches sales reps to help drive deal closure

Requirements:

• years of a combination of individual contributor sales experience and leadership experience
• Exceptional communication skills are a must
• Proven record of overachieving sales quotas
• Experience selling SaaS solutions, ideally in a startup environment
• Sales methodology training and experience managing a forecast
• Experience building sales organization structure, process and measurement focus

Market competitive salary with an anticipated OTE compensation range of $400,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location
