We do have a few non-negotiable qualifications you'll need to meet to be considered for an interview—and a job—with Magnolia Cleaning Company.
What we are looking for:
A driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
At least one year's experience in customer service AND as a house cleaner, housekeeper, or in commercial cleaning.
The ability to pass a background check.
A reputation for reliability, consistency, and excellence. In short, you do what you say you'll do when you say you'll do it and you do it very well.
A willingness to learn and be coached. We don't expect our team members to get everything right every time, but we do expect them to have a growth mindset and to learn from mistakes.
If your resume does not include prior housecleaning, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience, we will not contact you for an interview.
Reliable transportation to and from each job.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Someone who pays strong attention to detail and has strong organizational skills.
