We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will work with a team of 3 other Data Administrators to compile, sort, analyze, assess, document and report on Software findings collected using Service Now's

Software Asset Management (SAM) Professional module across all end point devices within the client's network environment. This data is used to determine software normalization across the client's network. This is a very large and complicated project which is anticipated to run for months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using SAM to accurately maintain and update the software inventory of thousands of endpoints.
  • Utilize ServiceNow's SAM Pro module to collect, sort, analyze and document software inventories across 10,000+ end point devices to normalize software assets
  • Ability to work in a team environment to coordinate efforts to achieve team goals
  • Critical thinking and strong data analytical skills needed to properly assess software normalization

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Change Management, and Patch Management modules
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or SQL experience
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role is a plus
  • ServiceNow SAM Professional Fundamentals Certification or equivalent experience
  • Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
