Job Description:

  • Set up, operate, and monitor press machinery to meet production goals
  • Complete press machine setup and calibration for production runs
  • Inspect materials and equipment for quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform maintenance tasks
  • Train machine assistants and new crew members
  • Ensure safety guidelines are followed and report any hazards
  • Coordinate with other departments to address production issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Press Operator
  • 1 year of experience in Inline Flexo or CI Flexo printing
