The responsibility for this position is to assist the Ergonomics and Occupational Health teams with the daily administrative functions of the Ergonomics & Safe Patient Handling programs, including related processes and policies.
This individual will collaborate and partner with internal partners (Ergonomics, Occupational Health, Safety & HR teams) and external partners to promote a safe and healthy work environment for the entire workforce.
This individual will assist the team with rounding, injury investigations, staff training and marketing promotion tasks related to the Ergonomics, Safe Patient Handling and Occupational Health programs.
Pay range for this position is based on years of experience and ranges from $26.24 to $34.11 / hr.Qualifications:

ACSM Certified Personal Trainer
ACSM Certified Group Exercise Instructor
NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist
NASM Certified Wellness Coach
ACSM Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist
NASM Certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach
ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist
Additional Qualifications:
Masters degree preferred in Occupational/Physical Therapy, Exercise Science, Industrial hygienist or related health field. Prior Ergonomics experience required and prior Occupational Health experience preferred. National certifications in therapy, safety, exercise or health promotion (i.e., 1.
American College of Sports Medicine – Certified Exercise Physiologist, Certified Clinical EP, Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Group Exercise Instructor, 2.
National Academy of Sports Medicine – Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Stretching & Flexibility Coach. Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, or 3.
