VIBRANT PEEPS WANTED At Max's, we do a lot of things, but mostly we serve our community We are an organic kitchen (cafe), specialty market, live music venue, coffee shop, and vinyl listening room.

Our team does EVERYTHING We cook, clean, run the register, host music, bartend, and make killer espresso drinks. We are eager to teach our team the skills needed to succeed at Max's - all that is initially required is a love of local and organic foods, music, and community, and loving nature is a huge plus

We are a family-owned business.

Jenny (that's me), Chris (my husband), Max (8-year-old rockstar), and Charley (our doggie) are at Max's most days and provide a stable and fun work environment for our team.

Honestly, we are such a small unit we consider our Max's team family - and we all work together to bring magic to our small community While we promote a fun and open work environment, it is hard work We are busy during the summer and we all spend the entire day on our feet hustling.

We also sing and dance in the kitchen often... We have high standards and believe that we provide a structure that helps us all succeed.


We are currently hiring for May - October and have ONE part/full time position available, 3-5 shifts per week are available and will vary based on how busy we are.

Our Max's team MUST have their own living situation (camper van, car, tent, etc) - we have a beautiful property overlooking Flathead Lake available for parking cars, vans, RV's etc - but we don't have housing available.

We are also pet-friendly We love our furry friends at Max's and as long as your pet is friendly, potty-trained, and awesome, they are welcome at work with you

Our days start early (6 am) and end late (9 pm or midnight when we have music). So being able to work early or work late is ideal.

We also fully promote a healthy work/life balance and highly encourage everyone to enjoy the amazing surroundings (Flathead Lake, Glacier National Park, the Bob Marshall Wilderness, the Jewel Basin, the Swan River, etc) when not working.

We are passionate about our community and love our Max's team to get involved in the community - there are many opportunities to do this
