As a Program Control Analyst, you will:
  • Deliver periodic financial reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
  • Develop quarterly forecasts in support of the Quarterly Business Review and Integrated Business Plan
  • Aid in proposal pricing and support customer requested cost estimates
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of program cost, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated in-depth analytical skills
  • Develops solutions to complex problems
  • Experience communicating and presenting financial data cross-functionally in an accurate, concise, and digestible manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of informing and influencing diverse work teams
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Decision-making with sound judgment in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Previous experience in Project Finance
  • Experience with Cobra, Oracle, Hyperion/Smartview, and ProPricer.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management
  • Knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies, and the ability to challenge and improve upon them.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
