Spherion is hiring a dynamic Leasing Specialist for a local apartment community. The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm with Saturdays as needed 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Responsibilities:
The role involves daily office operations, welcoming prospective and current residents, providing property tours, and assisting with lease document preparation. The Leasing Specialist will also screen potential tenants, ensuring compliance with criteria. This individual will manage work orders and work closely with the Maintenance Team.

Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Qualifications:
Must have 1 year of customer service experience.
Minimum 1 year leasing experience preferred.
Onesite Rental Software and Yardi software knowledge is preferred.
