ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and manage the tools used to develop, deploy, monitor, and support a cloud infrastructure and services using Azure DevOps, PowerShell, ARM templates, and other development lifecycle and operations toolsMonitor and troubleshoot cloud resources and applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and other solutionsMonitoring and analyzing cloud resource usage to identify cost-saving opportunitiesParticipate in the software development pipeline, security policies, and recommendations of industry-standard best practicesAutomate and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reliability of cloud operationsDeveloping, configuring, and deploying monitoring tools and scripts for applications and systemsSupport the deployment and configuration of company products and solutions, recommending changes to the application architecture or design to improve the performance and efficiency of SaaS productsTroubleshooting and resolving incidents while collaborating with the development and IT teams to minimize downtime and maintain service quality, providing technical guidance and support to internal and external customers on cloud-related issues

Desired Skills & Experience3-10+ years of experience in cloud operations, software engineering, or systems administrationExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, and customer service skillsStrong knowledge of Azure services, such as App Services, Functions, SQL Database, Cosmos DB, Storage, and Key VaultExperience with Azure CLI, PowerShell, ARM templates, SQL, T-SQL, C#, Python, Cake, JavaScript, or other scripting and development languagesCapable of identifying and configuring KPIs in monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Sumo Logic, Seq, Zabbix, etc.

Well-versed in DevOps such as the concepts, security principles, best practices, and tools like Azure DevOps, Octopus, TeamCity, etc.
Experience with Networking, DNS, VPC, Database operations and conceptsDevelopment experience with creating tools and consoles for monitoring, managing, and supporting SaaS or PaaS products is a plusExperience with Windows Server, Linux operating systems, especially Ubuntu, and related applications such as Docker and KubernetesKnowledge of or experience with MongoDB, Tomcat, SharePoint, or DynamicsAbility to work independently and as part of a team

Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Software Development, IT Engineering, or related field
