Quality Systems Specialist II

As a Quality Systems Specialist at our Woodinville, WA location, you will play a key role in representing Quality Assurance in cross functional meetings to ensure the efficiency of the Quality Management Systems at the Seattle Operations site. Your responsibilities include supporting various boards, managing quality records, investigating non-conformities, and more.
Key Contributions:
- Ensure the release of high-quality products by conducting comprehensive reviews of documentation.
- Preserve the integrity of the QMS to instill confidence in customers and continuously enhance quality processes.
- Collaborate with operations staff to enhance procedures and methodologies.
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for management reviews.
- Facilitate Quality boards and assist participants with relevant documentation.
- Associate degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2+ years experience in quality, quality systems, or regulatory affairs in a regulated manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with GMP and quality system standards as applicable to Bio-Rad products.
- Preferably, experience in technical writing and project management, with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Strong decision-making, time management, organization, communication, leadership, and computer skills.
