As a Baker at Panera, your responsibilities include:

• Baking all the fresh bread and pastries your cafe needs daily
• Maintaining our high standards for flavor and quality, using 100% real ingredients
• Performing stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks as required
• Contributing to building our culture of Warmth, Belonging, Growth, and Trust
• Stepping in to support your manager and team when necessary

This position is ideal for you if:

• You adore baking, no matter your experience level. (6 to 8 weeks of training provided)
• You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
• You're a self-starter capable of meeting goals with minimal supervision
• You appreciate the lively atmosphere of the hospitality industry
• You possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• You wish to collaborate with a vibrant, energized team that can work hard and enjoy a good laugh
• You're devoted to food and health safety principles
• You are at least 18 years old
