Job Description

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in electrical projects of industrial buildings and grounds. Responsible for overseeing the work and interacting with site foremen to ensure a smoothly run job site throughout the work day. This is a working Foreman that will be required to activiley complete journeyman electrical responsibilities in addition to acting as a Foreman.

Responsibilities

Supervise electrical project activities at Red Dog Mine.Responsible for site organization, project delivery, execution, and team accountability.Reports on employee performance, working conditions and productivity to NANA Construction leadership.Ensures safety equipment is available and maintains safe working conditions on the job site.Monitors and trains employees to ensure they are compliant with both federal safety mandates and safety regulations established by the company or organization. Verifies workers are using provided safety gear.Inspects the job sites to identify and correct possible safety hazards.Responsible for maintaining quality of work produced by employees.This position has supervisory responsibilities.Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED equivalent required.Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.Minimum five (5) years' experience as an Electrical General Foreman or directly related role required.Previous remote site experience required.Driver's License and an acceptable driving record for the past three (3) years to be eligible under company vehicle insurance policy.
