The Director of Enablement will spearhead the development and execution of cross-functional go-to-market enablement strategies. This leadership role is critical in aligning sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the GTM processes, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in enablement within high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Enablement Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM enablement strategy that aligns with company goals and drives cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify and prioritize key enablement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of enablement programs on business performance.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment of enablement initiatives with business objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and customer success leaders to identify needs and deliver tailored enablement solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of enablement programs.
  1. Program Development and Execution:
  • Design and deliver training programs, tools, and resources to empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
  • Oversee the creation of ESO Value Selling, Bootcamp, Chew on This, sales playbooks, competitive intelligence, and other enablement materials.
  1. Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
  • Utilize analytics and feedback to refine training programs and improve overall team productivity.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to VP-ELT leadership on the progress and impact of enablement activities.
  1. Leadership and Mentorship:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing enablement team, fostering a positive culture of continuous learning, improvement, and change management.
  • Encourage professional development and growth within the team to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM enablement strategies in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, marketing strategies, product management, and customer success best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
  • Experience working within a private equity-backed company is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM and enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, LMS tools, revenue intelligence tools, etc...)
