Embark on our Leadership Development Program, designed for recent college graduates eager to join the Business Development Team starting in July of 2024.

Get hands-on experience in a dynamic printing company, ideal for those interested in business management, administration, project management, sales, or marketing. This program will enhance your leadership and problem-solving abilities, ensuring tangible results.

Learn about business expansion, revenue growth, relationship building, and more. Work closely with the Sales Director to streamline existing processes and introduce new initiatives. Engage in various business areas, including sales, client management, and vendor relations, all while undergoing a structured training regimen.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers through various channels.
  • Secure appointments with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to generate new opportunities.
  • Handle objections and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Consistently build company brand awareness.
  • Support the sales team in crafting customer presentations.
  • Provide regular customer status updates and reports.
  • Stay informed about the competitive landscape and market conditions.
  • Conduct research and offer data-driven insights.
  • Communicate effectively with partners.
  • Contribute to business partner training initiatives.
  • Perform assigned duties diligently.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related fields.
  • Previous internship or sales experience is a bonus.

  • Demonstrated track record of delivering results.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • Comfort in ambiguous and changing environments.
