About the Position:
Our four current Otolaryngologists refer to this as the Goldilocks of job opportunities. A large enough group to limit time spent on call, but a community hospital to avoid the stressors of a regional institution.This position will bring our group to 5 otolaryngologists with the goal of increasing to 6.Flexibility to create a specific niche within the department, with consideration for candidates with fellowship training.4-day work week, and 6 weeks of vacation time, allows plenty of free time to enjoy all the area has to offer.Competitive base salary on par with a 5-day work week, which is permanent and not a short-term teaser.Opportunity for significant annual production and quality bonuses.

The Specifics Base Salary: $465,000, Plus - Production Bonus and Quality Bonus.4-day work week, 32 patient contact hours.EPIC EMRComprehensive benefits include 6-weeks of vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance.CME/Academy stipend, Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. 401k with match and 457bThe hospital is a 403b, non-for-profit and qualifies for public student loan forgiveness.
RequirementsMD/DO Board Certified/Board Eligible in Otolaryngology at time of employment.Ability to be licensed in the State of WashingtonDEA, NPI and prescription authorityCurrent BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
