HVAC Estimator

Currently working with a leading custom HVAC manufacturing company that has a need for a HVAC Estimator that has a team mindset, knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems and the ability for the HVAC Estimator to multi-task and be self-motivated. This HVAC Estimator role will review project plans and specifications to understand the scope of work and project requirements to help develope cost estimates.

  • 2-5 years experience in HVAC estimating
  • Experience in developing cost estimates based on scope of work, including materials, labor, and equipment
  • Solid experience in preparing and submitting bid proposals, including detailed cost breakdown and project timelines
