A Technician in the Long Branch, NJ area is needed for a multinational power management company. This role involves assembling, testing, and documenting products, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining a safe lab environment, and supporting engineering development tasks, requiring proficiency in electronics, soldering, and equipment use.

responsibilities:
Interface with test and development engineers for engineering development and testing tasks.
Troubleshoot to methodically analyze and determine root cause of issues.
Work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Maintain engineering parts inventory and supplies for in-house prototype builds.
Ensure a safe lab working environment and support 5S and MESH activities.
Perform product testing following test plans and cases.
Participate in design reviews and provide input into prototype feasibility. Skills:
Experience in soldering and prototype circuit building.
Knowledge of measuring and recording electrical properties.
Ability to read schematics and engineering documentations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office. Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
