POSITION DESCRIPTION
  • Onsite customer integration and engineering support. Perform installation of projects from initial set-up to final customer handoff
  • Provide post-sales technical support and/or service in an overall effort to grow the company's service sales
  • Provide system demo and training to customers, reps, and field engineers both on hardware and software
  • Perform measurements and tests as required to support engineering/prototype development
  • Develop work instructions and documentation to support onsite activities; review existing documentation for accuracy and update as required
  • Perform and record system verifications test and get the system ready for final acceptance at customer site; maintain test equipment per ETS-Lindgren QMS requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technical field preferred
  • 2-3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must possess or able to obtain a valid passport for international travel
  • Able to rent a vehicle from a nationally recognized rental car company
  • Must be willing to travel >85% of the time with short notice, occasional weekend work or travel required
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
  • RF or Wireless experience
  • Use of applicable test equipment such as EMI test receivers, vector network analyzers, signal sources, RF power amplifiers, and communication testers
  • Understand measurement traceability as it relates to the wireless and EMC labs
