We have an opening for a QC Clerk to support both CA and CS product areas. This position is to retrieve Quality Records to support Complaints Investigation, NCMR Investigations, FDA, Internal and third-party audits. Also this position will maintain the records rooms for the QC documents.

Essential Job Functions:

•Retrieve QC records upon request, which includes, but not limited to DHRs.

•Communicate with various teams to support the retrieval of QC records

•File/Organize the Quality records in the records Room for Cardiac Assist, Vascular Interventions and Cardiac Assist.

•Palletize Records and fill out require paperwork to enable transfer of records to offsite storage location

•Request Quality Records from offsite storage location when requested by cross functional team members.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• High School education, higher education is a plus
• Experience with computers and software, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate skills using Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to be a self-starter
• Candidates must pass a reading comprehension test
