CONVERSIONS MATERIAL HANDLER
DuPont's Electronics & Industrial division has an opportunity for an experienced Conversions Material Handler at our Newark-Bellevue, Delaware location.

Our products serve the semiconductor, advanced chip packaging, circuit board, electronic and industrial finishing, photovoltaic, display, and digital and flexographic printing industries.

We have a opening on each of the following shifts:
Days – 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Nights – 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Operate independently under limited supervision to ensure proper flow of raw materials and finished products along with excellent inventory accounting while adhering to all safety requirements.
- Utilize strong attention to detail and computer skills to electronically maintain an accurate production records and inventory of all parts in the plant.
- Set-up process orders and issue material based on schedule priority.
- Maintain physical inventory of raw materials and finished parts.
- Complete cycle counts of inventory and utilize troubleshooting skills to understand and correct errors.
- Operate PIT equipment.
- Execute actions related to containment and disposition on non-conforming material.
- Perform first line troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions and computer program issues, involving other experts as needed.
- Function as the SAP expert for the shift team. Utilizing SAP knowledge to troubleshoot and correct SAP errors in process order set up.
- Communicate status of material and follow-up on any discrepancies with appropriate parties.
Your qualification profile:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of CMPT manufacturing or other relevant experience required.
- Strong Safety and Quality focus is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and SAP required
- Attention to detail is critical
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills needed
- Safe Work Permit and IOES trained resource desired
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment is critical
- Ability to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT equipment)
- Ability to frequently lift 15 to 20 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
