\tThe Guidehouse Internship Program staffs interns on real world projects, showcasing the Guidehouse culture, and providing them with a meaningful consulting experience. Interns work with teams and provide real time deliverables in support of the clients. Each Intern is paired with a Buddy to serve as a resource that can assist them in navigating their Guidehouse experience.\r

\tOur Interns help our clients improve their business processes, internal controls, operating efficiency, transparency and performance management, and ability to comply with federal laws and regulations. During your assignment, you will be given the opportunity to support projects to address some of the most significant project challenges faced by federal clients. Guidehouse projects are extremely fluid and require self-motivated individuals willing to develop solutions on their own or in a team of highly skilled professionals. Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management and enhance their skills in the areas of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.\r

\tThroughout the internship, you will have the chance to work with our internal teams on the assigned project/contract, meet with upper management to reflect on your personal and professional development, and socialize with your fellow interns during outings/activities.\r
\t\r
\tAs an Intern, you will work with an experienced team to support the development of client deliverables, internal and client presentations, day-to-day project logistics, and any additional project tasks. This position provides individuals the opportunity to serve clients across a wide variety of functions including strategy, process improvement, analytics, accounting, information technology, communications, and project management.\r

Bachelor's Degree (Must still be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program in Fall 2023 and graduate by Summer 2025)\r

\t\tBA, BS, MPH, MHA, MBA, PhD or MS-BA in the following degree concentrations are preferred: Communications, Public/Health Policy, Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, Management/Information Systems, or other related STEM majors is preferred\r

\t\tKnowledge and understanding of project management principles and the phases of project management (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring, Closure)\r
\t\r
\t\tExperience planning and executing projects of varying degrees of complexity, preferably projects that involve serving a client and engaging directly with the client throughout project performance\r
\t\r
\t\tExperience working in teams to produce high-impact work products, reports, and other deliverables in a fast-paced environment\r
\t\r
\t\tPossesses strong oral and written communication skills\r
\t\r
\t\tHeightened attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to view problems from multiple angles and apply a variety of solutions to solving them\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to participate in client-facing discussions and meetings\r
\t\r
\t\tAbility to synthesize information quickly and learn new skills\r
