The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor with the ability to communicate clearly with supervisors at all levels (both internally and externally) and take pride in all work completed. The individual needs to be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task, and meet demanding deadlines. Individual must also have the ability to work independently, take initiative, provide solutions, and make informed decisions.

Essential Duties
  • Compile all items needed from sponsors to execute contractual obligations (in-game activations, photo's and video, logo's, etc.)
  • Record, deliver, and monitor sold versus unsold sponsorship inventory
  • Help develop sponsorship sales ideas to pitch to prospects
  • Fulfill contractual deliverables and elements of sold sponsorships
  • Be a key part of mid-season and end of season sponsorship recaps
  • Other roles and responsibilities may be required

Qualifications
  • Current college student (undergraduate or graduate). Must be able to receive course credit.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in professional sports and/or entertainment industry
  • Self-starter mentality and desire to take initiative
  • Must be able to work all home games (nights, weekends, and holidays)
