As a Project Coordinator, you will provide essential project schedules, research, data analysis, and financial analysis reporting to multiple project teams. Functions may include budget tracking and financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring, maintaining compliance with corporate and public regulations, and performing data analysis relevant to project tasks.


During your first few weeks in this Project Coordinator role, you can expect to take on some of the following:

  • Establish the project schedule baseline; track project plan to actual; manage project change control requests; ensure accurate and timely invoice reconciliation and project financial information
  • Prepare and analyze reports cost, variance, etc
  • Provide timely and accurate communication
  • Supporting presentation of information on high-level trends, metrics, and conclusions to leadership
  • Perform research and analysis that may include budget tracking and financial forecasting, project evaluation and monitoring, maintaining compliance with corporate and public regulations, and performing any data

  • MS Project experience
  • Project management methodologies and tools
  • Knowledge of industry products, functions, marketing, and/or service policies and procedures
  • Experience working closely with project teams
  • Excellent relationship management skills
