Eli Lilly and Company seeks a Sr. Engineer to provide engineering support for manufacturing equipment and operations. Through project support, ensure regulatory compliance from an equipment and process performance aspect. Lead equipment related investigation and resolutions, providing process-related input for deviations and observations. Provide engineering support for new product introduction, capacity expansion and debottlenecking evaluations, capital projects strategy, and shutdown related activity. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Biochemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering field, and 3 years of industrial experience in a cGMP environment. Experience must include a minimum of: 3 years of experience with biopharmaceutical processes and equipment including Chromatography operation and column packing, Media and Buffer systems, CIP, and SIP; experience establishing and maintaining the reliable operation and qualified state of manufacturing equipment; experience troubleshooting to resolve equipment and operational issues; experience supporting deviation investigations in quality systems; and experience with planning production scheduling. Part time telecommuting may be permitted. Up to 10% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI
