As a Clinical Support Professional, you will play a meaningful role in supporting providers and patients during their clinic visits. Key responsibilities include monitoring clinic schedules, greeting and guiding patients to their examination room, and collecting pertinent medical information for their health records. In addition, you will be a valued partner in delivering an outstanding patient experience by coordinating and communicating with other members of the health care team, including nursing staff, advanced practice providers, and physicians, among others.

Qualifications to fulfill position responsibilities:
  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Medical Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), and Nursing Assistants encouraged to apply
  • Excellent customer service, public relations, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work with a fluctuation in workload while working independently
  • Demonstrated ability to follow protocol specific care delivery expectations

If selected for hire, compensation and job classification will be individually determined based on a candidate's specific background, including licensure, certifications, and experience level.

Location: 6401 University Ave. NE, Fridley MN

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week
