Summary

Duties
  • Interview patients to determine health care and/or alternate resources eligibility.
  • Act as an advocate for patients securing alternate resources insurance.
  • Communicate with various local, tribal, state and federal entities in developing a register for patients eligible for alternate resources.
  • Research and update information involving changes in rules and regulations for alternate resources.
