Provides accounting advice, guidance and assistance to finance and accounting offices within DLA J-8 on matters pertaining to agency accounting and financial management systems, such as; contingent liabilities, DLA wide inventory reporting, - -negative unliquidated obligations, funds distribution control, payroll (military and civilian), revolving funds, fixed assets, disbursements, business operations collections, and deposits of public funds and cost accounting.
