Project Manager, Integrity Operations, Child Safety Responsibilities:
- Deliver projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working directly with global cross-functional teams to implement next-generation community experiences through process, policy, and product improvements
- Manage and improve day-to-day Child Safety operations against quality and efficiency targets in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Analyze data to identify user trends and malicious behavior and suggest recommendations to improve operations
- Use problem solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems
- Lead investigations and resolve issues that are escalated to the team regarding potentially abusive content or real-world threats
- Help create scalable policies and processes to solve complex business problems and ensure the safety of the community
- Build strong cross-functional partnerships to create better solutions for our community and users
- Develop a deep understanding of Child Safety issues and how they affect our community
- Address sensitive content issues, including but not limited to graphic images, videos and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other objectionable material
- This role may involve exposure to potentially graphic and/or objectionable content including but not limited to graphic images, videos, audio and writings, offensive or derogatory language, and other potential objectionable material, i.e. child exploitation, graphic violence, self-injury, animal abuse, and other content which may be considered offensive or disturbing
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of experience in an operations, technology, management consulting, or equivalent environment
- 4+ years of work experience in role involving strategic/analytical initiatives (project management, consulting experience, data analysis or technical systems) and/or customer operations
- Strategic thinker with analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Experience communicating with a variety of audiences, including engineering and technical teams
- Experience managing and prioritizing projects end-to-end across various stakeholders and functions
- Demonstrable experience using sound judgment and exhibiting grace under pressure
- Ability to work with potentially graphic and objectionable content
- 1+ year of experience working with data tools such as SQL, SAS, and data visualization (e.g. Tableau) tools Knowledge of other programming languages, e.g. Python, R
