  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
  • Lead the execution of various projects and initiatives
  • Oversee and guide the activities of the pricing actuarial team
  • Recruit, develop, and train members of the pricing actuarial team as necessary
  • Maintain responsibility for ongoing projects and additional assignments to meet business goals
  • Perform strategic analyses and establish partnerships to attain target loss ratios and enhance underwriting strategies
  • Conduct analyses of industry, peer, and market trends to support product development efforts
  • Generate and disseminate regular portfolio management analytics across business units
  • Develop pricing and rating tools for new programs and maintain existing ones
  • Create portfolio tools for identifying and monitoring coverage aggregation for specific classes or exposures
  • Drive technology strategy and facilitate the organization of enterprise data
  • Design tools for presenting results to business units and management
  • Coordinate with carrier partners on program and portfolio underwriting performance

Requirements:

  • FCAS Preferred, will consider ACAS
  • 10+ years of Actuarial experience
  • Extensive Commercial Pricing experience
  • Technological skills: (Excel, Access, SQL, Tableau)
  • Proven track record in leadership roles
