Responsibilities

  • Provides a wide variety of skilled program coordination, administrative, logistical and clerical support to staff and volunteers in accordance with Association policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to fully understand and support assigned initiatives and programs and ensure a high quality of service is provided to all staff and volunteers.
  • Coordinates logistics for assigned events, meetings and programs and provides dayofevent support as needed.
  • Attends staff meetings, stays current on department and associationwide updates, and applies the information learned.
  • Performs other duties as needed to achieve department and associationwide goals.
Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced project management, time management and organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including skill in proof reading for grammar and spelling.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and to maintain a professional manner in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred experience:

  • Knowledge of CPR and Hands-Only CPR training options.
