Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in the corporate mailroom. This role involves operating large inserter machines for digital printing on production-class printers. The operator will handle tasks such as folding and inserting printed materials into various envelopes and performing other mailroom functions throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate large inserter machines for digital printing.
  • Fold and insert printed materials into envelopes.
  • Perform various mailroom functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Verify print jobs based on received documentation.
  • Print, insert, and postage stamp materials.
  • Communicate job completion within a strict time frame.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a 24/7, 365-day operation.
  • Experience with large production-class printers and inserter machines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professionalism and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive healthcare information with compassion and kindness.

Compensation:

  • $17.55 per hour

Pay Details: $17.55 per hour
