This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. Preferred locations are listed in this requisition. Responsibilities require time in the office or in a field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities can be performed remotely. Additional locations may be considered.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills:

• Background in understanding/interpreting regulatory guidelines and standards.

• Specific understanding of Technology Asset Lifecycle (hardware and software) and how it applies to governance, procedures, practices and operations.

• Experience with Configuration Standards, Development Standards, Acquisition Standards and Maintenance Standards and practices of a large-scale Enterprise infrastructure.

• Familiarity with creating and documenting architectural and process diagrams.

• Understanding of hardware and software asset classes, configuration item classes and change management database (CMDB) strategy and execution.

• Understanding of HW/SW service level objectives and service level agreements.

Areas of Emphasis:

• FFIEC or similar OCC regulations.

• IT Asset Management.

• Lifecycle Governance.

• Lifecycle Compliance.

• Adherence/Consequence Models and how to construct metrics and measures.

Job Description

• Creates strategic roadmaps for transitioning to target enterprise future state, in alignment with business and technology goals while analyzing client requirements and collaborating with R&D divisions to provide ongoing support.
• Creates strategic roadmaps, and aligns these with enterprise strategies, business objectives, enterprise standards, processes and methodologies.
• Analyzes enterprise capabilities and IT opportunities in enterprise business processes; provides resolutions for enterprise architecture improvements by utilizing new technological applications.
• Enables businesses and technology partners to drive business outcomes by providing optimum IT solutions and capabilities while mitigating risk.
• Works with other enterprise architecture staff, experts and decision makers to accurately define client requirements; provides ongoing support for data, applications and system client requests.
