What You'll Do

  • Facilitate monthly P&L consolidation and the preparation of monthly management reporting
  • Assist with preparation of Board/committee presentations and other stakeholder presentations as needed including routine Investor lender reporting
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and monitor status of key initiatives across finance and capital projects
  • Oversee long term cash flow forecast
  • Lead effort to optimize forecasting and reporting tool along with centralized management reporting
  • Oversee ongoing maintenance and development of financial model, including forecasting multi-year projections; perform scenario analysis to support financial decision making
  • Form trusted advisory relationships with core G&A functional leaders while providing budgeting, forecast, variance analysis and spend efficiencies
  • Ad hoc finance special projects as needed

What You'll Bring

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Financial Planning & Analysis role
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics; MBA preferred
  • Prior experience with consumer products / technology, subscription revenue models, ecommerce will be valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities with a focus on detail and follow-through
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial management principles
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Intellectual curiosity and a passion for problem solving
  • Experience with a forecasting/budgeting and reporting tool a must; preferably Adaptive
