Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to lead job crews on industrial electrical projects. This position requires strong leadership, knowledge of electrical systems, and a passion for safety and quality. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring work is completed efficiently and in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Day to Day Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees.Hire, train, and motivate crew members; enforce company policies as needed.Review and understand job plans, specifications, and contract scope.Attend coordination meetings and provide accurate updates.Monitor job progress and generate RFIs and other documentation.Ensure compliance with National Electrical Codes and safety standards.Manage tool control, order materials, and maintain a clean job site.Approve and track employee work time and performance.Qualifications for SuccessHigh School diploma or GED required.Minimum 10 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician.At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Foreman.NCCER certification or Electrician State License is a plus.Ability to pass a DISA drug/alcohol test.Knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and L.O.T.O policies.Proficiency in installing and troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives, motors, and control systems.Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Experience with bending and installing conduit, wiring, and electrical equipment.Familiarity with single and three-phase motors and motor control systems.Strong leadership and communication skills.Note: To comply with state laws, the annual base salary range for this position has been provided as a guideline. The final salary offer will be determined based on factors such as work experience, education/training, key skills, and other considerations.
