As a Data Manager Sr within PNC's MIS Finance/Accounting organization, you will be based either in Pittsburgh, PA or Strongsville, OH or Dallas, TX. or Birmingham, AL. The following are responsibilities of the position:

• To develop and drive execution of a consistent data strategy – from sourcing to reporting, across Finance ensuring consistent controls.

• Engage with the LoB and across the tech organization on key initiatives.

• Work closely with the data integration lead to ensure best practices, controls are incorporated across the landscape and existing investments are optimized.

• Help increase the data literacy for the business user as well as the technology team Literacy specifically understanding and leveraging data to drive daily operations and financial insight.

• Percolate best practices, training, knowledge management, user support and user oversight across the immediate team.

• Increase the engagement and contribution of finance data in enterprise efforts such as Alation or LoB specific initiatives.

• To improve the quality of data analysis and project best practices across the project lifecycle.
Drive innovation to optimize and govern the preparation and delivery of information through Business Intelligence tools and techniques.
Orchestrate efforts between the Technology team and the business users on business impacting changes.

Required Skills include:

• Team building and development.

• Customer Service and relationship building with partners.

• Strong influencer – managing resources that are not direct line reports.

• Strong Knowledge of Tableau, Oracle, SQL.

• Working Knowledge of BI Tools like Tableau, PowerBI and Integration techniques.

• Knowledge of Capital/Expense Financial operations including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.

• Ability to present to executives.
