The Energy and Environmental Operations (EEO) team in McIntosh, Alabama needs a Manufacturing Project Manager to ensure safe and efficient operations and growth.

In this role, you will oversee project implementation and optimization for utilities and the wastewater treatment plant. The site is strategically important for the Plastics and Coatings Businesses in North America, employing around 600 people and producing antioxidants and light stabilizers for various markets.

What You'll Do:
  • Review and oversee capital and maintenance projects.
  • Implement energy-saving initiatives.
  • Participate in process hazards analyses.
  • Manage automation strategies for operational safety.
  • Drive process and equipment changes.
  • Use statistical analysis for data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • B.S. Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in biological treatment facilities.
  • Knowledge of steam generation and plant utility services.
  • 6 Sigma certification or equivalent a plus.
