Job Summary

The Videographer's primary objective will be to support all aspects of the video production cycle. The incumbent will assist with video preproduction, postproduction, camera operations, lighting, audio recording, and live event production. An understanding of on-set etiquette is also required. The individual should have a passion for storytelling and be comfortable with creating content for a wide array of digital mediums.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the team on all aspects of video production: concept development, scriptwriting, pre-production planning, filming, lighting, audio, and post-production.
  • Create captivating videos for social media, aligning with best practices for various platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Produce high-quality videos for traditional purposes: marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, company events, and more.
  • Edit and enhance footage with expertise in color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and other techniques.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the company to effectively translate technical and business concepts into compelling visuals.

Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Film / Video, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years' experience in a video production role.
  • Strong multimedia production skills: video pre- and post- production; editing, graphics;

    social media alignment.
  • Proficient with software such as Adobe Premier and After Effects. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Animate preferred.
  • A portfolio of previous work is required prior to the interview.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office environment, with occasional on-location shoots.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
