We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bar Manager to oversee our bar operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Duties:

  • Have experience in dealing with live music acts, dealing with music agents as live bands are a big part of this business.
  • Manage daytoday operations of the bar, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize bar profitability
  • Train, supervise, and schedule bar staff
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Bars and pubs industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of culinary trends is a plus
  • Must have personal licence In return we are offering a very busy pub in Brentwood, Essex in a busy location. This site is a two minute walk for the nearest tube station (Elizabeth Line). The accommodation is included with the management position, this consists of 3 bedrooms, Living room, Kitchen and Bathroom. The accommodation is currently being redecorated so the accommodation will be in excellent condition. the salary is percentage based however this is really attractive in this particular site as it is a very busy bar with a separate music bar which hosts live bands most weekends. the site also shows all sporting events with sky and TNT sport and there is also a food offer available which is managed by a franchise company.
