NTT DATA is actively seeking a skilled PLSQL Developer to join their dynamic team located in Westlake, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). If you are looking to work with a collaborative and forward-thinking organization, this opportunity might be the perfect fit for you.
- Collaborate with Client Managers, Project Coordinators, Business Analysts, and Testing Teams to ensure timely resolution of Projects, enhancements, system tickets, and defects.
- Perform technical analysis to identify root causes and solutions for technical issues using Oracle PLSQL and related technologies.
- Participate in Daily SCRUM meetings, weekly status updates, and management meetings to discuss progress and collaborate on process improvement ideas.
- Conduct peer testing, code reviews, and impact analysis of developed modules by team members.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- Ensure documentation for inadequately documented areas/processes.
- Occasionally address small groups on technical subjects or demonstrate systems.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in PL/SQL and SQL.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL development, including Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Hints, and data migration scripts.
- Experience with developing and debugging complex PLSQL packages, working with large data sets, Collections, and advanced PLSQL communications with Oracle.
- Knowledge of DBLinks, Performance Tuning, and handling Database Locks.
- Experience with UNIX shell scripts and version control tools like Stash, GITHUB, and Release Management build tools.
- Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Confluence and Application lifecycle management tools like JIRA.
- Exposure to Agile Development Environment and SCRUM methodology.
Nice to have:
- Experience in Core Java Development.
- Knowledge of Springboot, UI (Angular), US Health benefits/HealthCare domain, and Oracle Applications (R12).
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent work experience.
